History of Operations
Royan Darou Pharmaceutical Company, a manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of veterinary and poultry pharmaceutical products, was initially established under the name Jamedat Afagh in 2005 (1384 in the Iranian calendar). Within a short period, and following extensive studies and research, the company—drawing on the expertise of skilled and experienced professionals in the fields of pharmacy, veterinary medicine, and engineering—developed a comprehensive growth plan structured into four distinct phases, aimed at achieving full implementation by 2016 (1395).
Considering the advancements in pharmaceutical sciences at the international level—particularly in the development of medicines for specific and rare diseases—and the shortage of such pharmaceuticals in Iran, Royan Darou Holding has, over the past decade, incorporated the production of oncology drugs (for the treatment of cancer patients) into its strategic development plans.
